Univision Interviews Mendez & Sanchez Attorney and Client Over Bullying Lawsuit

Mendez & Sanchez, A.P.C. filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of a 10-year-old student who was violently attacked inside a girls’ restroom at Woodworth-Monroe Academy. The complaint alleges the Inglewood Unified School District failed to supervise, intervene, and enforce anti-bullying policies despite multiple prior reports from the child and her family, allowing the assault to occur and be recorded and spread on social media.
