Sam Hibbs is a trial attorney at Mendez & Sanchez. Sam dedicates his practice to civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and automobile accidents.

Sam graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Political Science. Thereafter, he relocated back to Northern California for law school where he earned his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law graduating with distinction. Throughout law school Sam participated in their nationally recognized Mock Trial program where he competed in numerous competitions across the country.

As an attorney, Sam has gained invaluable litigation experience working with various esteemed personal injury leaders in Los Angeles and Orange County on both the Plaintiff and Defense side. He has personally handled or assisted in a number of cases through to verdict and makes it a priority to get to know each client personally to understand how to best tell their story.
