THE TRUTH ABOUT
YOUR CLAIM

01

Insurance offers you the minimum. We fight for the maximum.

When your car gets totaled, insurance calculates the lowest number they can justify. A lawyer looks at the full picture — your car's real value, any injuries, lost wages, and what you're owed under the law.

02

Not your fault? You have more options than you think.

If someone else caused this, you're entitled to more than just a check for your car. Before you accept anything from their insurance company, find out what you're actually owed. It takes one free call.

03

We handle everything. You focus on moving on.

From the first call to the final check, we deal with the insurance companies so you don't have to. No paperwork headaches, no runaround — just results. And it costs you nothing unless we win.

QUESTIONS
ANSWERED.

The insurance company said my car is totaled. What does that actually mean?

It means the cost to repair your car exceeds a certain percentage of its value — usually around 70-75% in California. When a car is totaled, the insurer pays you the actual cash value: what the car was worth right before the accident, not what it would cost to replace it today.

Is the insurance company's valuation of my totaled car accurate?

Not always. Insurance companies use their own tools to estimate value, and those numbers can be lower than what you'd actually pay to replace the car in today's market. You have the right to dispute the valuation — and it's worth pushing back.

What if I still owe more on my car loan than the insurance is offering?

That's called being underwater, and it's a real problem. If you don't have gap insurance, you could still owe money to your lender even after the insurance payout. An attorney can help you explore whether the at-fault driver's liability coverage might cover the difference.

Can I also recover for my injuries if my car was totaled?

Absolutely. Property damage and personal injury are separate claims. If you were hurt, you're entitled to compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and more — on top of whatever they pay out for the vehicle.

The other driver's insurance is handling it. Should I just let them?

Be careful. The other driver's insurer works for the other driver, not you. Their adjuster's job is to settle your claim for as little as possible. Getting your own attorney — for free — ensures someone is actually in your corner.
