My name is Gayane Mikaelyan, and I am the newest attorney at Mendez & Sanchez. I graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2025 and passed the California Bar in November 2025. From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a lawyer, and I intentionally structured my education and career path to achieve that goal as efficiently and purposefully as possible.

I graduated at the top of my class from Woodbury University, where I developed a strong academic foundation and a disciplined work ethic that has carried through every stage of my legal training. My time at Woodbury reinforced my commitment to excellence and prepared me for the rigor of law school and legal practice.

At Southwestern Law School, I refined my legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving skills while gaining practical exposure to the realities of practicing law. Law school strengthened my passion for client advocacy and confirmed my desire to build a career centered on strong preparation, ethical representation, and effective courtroom performance.

As an Armenian American attorney, I take pride in my cultural background and the values it instilled in me—hard work, perseverance, and a deep sense of responsibility to my community. I bring those values into my practice every day and strive to serve clients with integrity, respect, and diligence.

I am deeply dedicated to my work and committed to continuous growth as a lawyer. My goal is to become an exceptional trial attorney through preparation, strategy, and relentless advocacy. I approach every case with focus and determination, and I am proud to begin my legal career at Mendez & Sanchez, where I am committed to contributing meaningfully to the firm and its clients.
